Where can I get more information about the CMT and the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service (ICCS)?
You can go to the ICCS website, which is very helpful. You will find background on the Citizen-Centred Service initiative, the value of using the Common Measurements Tool Questions and general information about how to conduct surveys. The site address is: www.iccs-isac.org
Can I do a survey in French?
Yes. We can provide the option to use French or English by letting the respondent choose which language they prefer to operate in. We can handle other languages for custom surveys.
Can an assessment program use questions other than the Common Measurements Tool questions?
Other questions can certainly be used. Any questions that make sense to ask may be included. Organization-specific, i.e. non-CMT questions, cannot be transferred to the Benchmarking database for comparison to other agency's survey results, but can be invaluable in providing feedback regarding your specific service.
What is the connection between Knowledge4You and ICCS?
Knowledge4You is licensed by the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service which allows us to offer you CMT based surveys and to advertise that we provide a web-based service that uses the CMT questions.
Can different questions be used in each survey?
Yes. However, only questions in common between surveys can be analysed for how responses vary from one survey to another.

What will my survey look like?
You can access a FUN (Family Unit Networking) survey which demonstrates approximately what your survey will look like. The questions are not to be taken seriously but the format of the survey is similar to the CMT survey. Have fun with it by clicking here and feel free to answer the FUN survey questions. (Just to be clear, this example doesn't actually use CMT questions.)
What is the price for doing a survey?
We have a basic service price and a number of options that we offer which can be selected as additional services. Knowledge4You will work with you to determine a price consistent with the level of service you desire. By using standardized core CMT questions to assess client or citizen satisfaction, we can provide a very economical yet high quality service which can be used effectively to assess if your service level is improving over time.
